Return Process

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original CRAFTD packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
